How do I earn points?

Every time you rescue produce with Odd Bunch, you earn points. For every $1 you spend, you get 1 point.

You can also rack up bonus points when you:

Refer a friend
Celebrate your birthday
Keep your weekly box streak going
Join in on special promos and seasonal offers

Basically — the more good you do, the more you get back.

How can I redeem my points?

Your points can be turned into real savings on your next box:

100 points = $1 off
500 points = $5 off
1000 points = $10 off

Once you redeem your points, you’ll get a reward code to use at checkout. Simple as that.

Do my points expire?

Yes — but not without a heads-up. Points expire after a set period, and we’ll send you reminders before they do. You can always check your balance and expiry date in your account.

How do referral rewards work?

When you share your referral link with a friend, they get $10 off their first Odd Bunch box. Once they place that first order, you’ll earn 1000 points (equivalent to $10!) to use toward your own box.

You help them save, you save too — and together, you help keep more good food out of landfills.

What are the loyalty tiers?

Our loyalty program has three tiers — kind of like growing your own little rescue garden. The more you rescue, the more perks you unlock.

Can I combine rewards and discount codes?

Rewards codes can’t be stacked with other discounts or promos. But don’t worry — if you decide not to use your reward this time, it’ll stay in your account for next time.

How do I check my points?

You can log in to your account any time to see your points balance and available rewards. And, if you ever need support, reach out to help@atmor.autos - we’re always here to help.

What happens if I skip a week?

Life happens — skipping a week won’t cost you your points or your tier. But keeping your box streak going can unlock extra bonuses, so staying consistent has its perks.

Can I earn points on add-ons or extras?

Yes! Add-ons and extras count too. Any eligible purchase made through your Odd Bunch account earns points.

How do birthday rewards work?

If your birthday’s been added at our Rewards Page, we’ll automatically give you a gift! A little extra love to celebrate you.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

Your points stay with you for as long as you’re an active customer, so if you cancel, your points disappear...

How do I move up tiers?

Tiers are based on how much you spend over time. Keep rescuing produce regularly and you’ll move up — unlocking more perks along the way.

Do I need to sign up to join the program?

Nope. Every Odd Bunch customer is automatically part of the loyalty program. You start earning points the moment you place your first order. You’re welcome.

What happens to my points if I get a refund?

If your order is refunded (partially or fully), the points earned from that refunded amount will be removed from your account. This keeps your points balance accurate and tied to your final purchase total.

If I redeem points on an order and then get a refund, do I get my points back?

Yes - if you used points for a discount and your order is refunded, the points used will be added back to your account.

What happens to my redeemed points if I get a partial refund?

If your order is partially refunded, your points will be returned proportionally based on the refunded amount.

Example: If you redeem 500 points for $5 off on a $30 order, and then receive a $6 refund (20% of the order), you’ll get 20% of your redeemed points back - meaning 100 points will be returned to your account.
